Our beautiful 2 acre island is the perfect spot to get together with family, friends, and neighbors. There is a waterside swimming pool, and marina, with state of the art floating docks to 50'.
TOC's marina is professionally managed and staffed year 'round. Fueling, repairs, provisioning and dry storage are available nearby. We do offer slips for rent, both permanent and transient. Please call 1-800-RELAXED for rates. We accept reservations by email as well, at tocmarina@verizon.net.
